Help and Hope from Our Mental Health Bloggers
October 10 is World Mental Health Day, a time to raise awareness about the millions of people living with depression, anxiety, and other mental health problems. If you or someone you love is dealing with mental illness, you may find help and hope in our mental health blogs. We publish hard-won tips from people managing their own mental illnesses as well as expert insights from compassionate health care providers. Our clinical psychologist Seth Gillihan has written about everything from tackling overthinking to coming to terms with toxic relationships. Our newest mental health blogger is WebMD colleague Halley Cornell, who writes about her personal experiences working to overcome depression and anxiety. Subscribe to the mental health blogs by clicking the link at the top of the page. We’ll email you when a new blog post is published.
