Congress is preparing for the Monday inauguration of Donald Trump. The process of moving bills forward will ensure that President Trump doesn't get bored in his first days as president. The "Protection of Women and Girls in Sports Act" is one of those bills that has been passed by the House of Representatives on a bipartisan basis — two Democrats have voted in favor of the bill. Sorry Democrats, that's not what bipartisanship means. |

The House Oversight Committee met on Tuesday and the representatives Nancy Mace (R-SC) and Jasmine Crockett (D-TX), got into a heated discussion. The war of words started during a debate about civil rights, and the so-called rights of transgender people. The discussion ended with a proposal to settle the issue outside, among women. It would be difficult to do, since anyone with a "D" after their name is not a biologist and therefore cannot define what an actual woman is. |
