For Face: Avocado Citrus Masque

This will be a great treat for those with cold weather induced dry skin.

Here's what you'll need.

Ingredients:

  • ½ Ripe Organic Avocado
  • 3 Chunks Fresh Pineapple
  • ¼ Organic Lime
  • 1 TBS Extra Virgin Olive Oil
  • 1/2 TBS Honey (Local, if available)

Body: Cocoa Honey Milk Bath

This is a great recipe to sit back and enjoy after a long day. Honey, cocoa and milk - it almost sounds like a treat you'll regret eating later, but there will be no regrets after this bath soak.

Ingredients:

  • 3 T Cocoa Powder
  • 3 T Honey
  • 1/4 C Powdered Milk

Here are the instructions.  And before you hop in the tub, whip up a body scrub to exfoliate those ashy legs!


Feet: Cinnamon Foot Indulgence

This recipe will amaze you if you have dry feet.  Super simple to whip up and so relaxing to soak.

Here's what you need.

Ingredients:

  • Juice from 5 Organic Lemons
  • 1 T Olive Oil
  • 1/4 Cup Whole Milk
  • 1/2 Cup Water
  • 1 t Cinnamon

Nails: Easy Tips to Whiten Nails

If your nails have been discolored by dark polish, you can easily remove the stains with this simple step.  You'll need some whitening toothpaste.
