Chair squats with an overhead reach is an advanced squat exercise that combines chair squats with an overhead reach to help maintain an upright torso.

Step 1: Stand in front of a chair with your feet shoulder-width apart
Step 2: Bend your knees and hips to lower yourself into a squat position, keeping your chest and head up
Step 3: Touch the chair with your butt
Step 4: Stand back up to the starting position
