U.S. Investigates Top Secret Leak

U.S. officials are investigating the leak of two top-secret documents detailing American intelligence agencies' tracking of a potential Israeli attack on Iran.

The documents, dated Oct. 15 and 16 and attributed to the National Geospatial-Intelligence Agency and National Security Agency, are marked with the highest level sharing restrictions.

They were posted Friday on Telegram, a messaging app known for its encryption, by a channel that claims to be based in Tehran. U.S. officials say damage assessment is ongoing, with one official calling it "deeply concerning."

The documents describe Israel's preparations for a potential strike against Iran, including moving munitions and conducting air force exercises, in response to Iran's Oct. 1 missile attack.

Seven Dead in Georgia Dock Collapse

A dock gangway on Georgia's Sapelo Island collapsed Saturday, killing seven people as festival-goers were preparing to board a ferry, authorities said.

The aluminum gangway, installed three years ago, suffered a "catastrophic failure" before 4 p.m., causing about 20 of the approximately 40 people on it to fall into the water. Three individuals remain in critical condition. Watch a video report here.

The U.S. Coast Guard and local agencies responded, with witnesses and first responders rescuing victims from the water.

The incident occurred during Sapelo's annual Cultural Day, which honors the island's historic Gullah Geechee community, descendants of enslaved West Africans.

Musk Gives $1 Million to Petition Signer

John Dreher of Pennsylvania became the first person to receive a $1 million award from Elon Musk, randomly selected for signing his America PAC petition.

Musk presented him a check immediately after announcing he would award $1 million every day until the Nov. 5 election to petition signees in swing states.

"You know, when he called me, the first thing that happened, you know, I screamed—it's a million dollars—and I was pumping my check in the air," Dreher said. You can watch the announcement here.

Pennsylvania Gov. Josh Shapiro, a Democrat, raised questions in the media about the legality of the money giveaway but Musk says the program will continue.
