Step 1: Start on your hands and knees in a pushup position. Your arms should be straight with the balls of your feet on the floor. Step 2: Simply walk across the floor on your hands and feet without touching your knees to the floor. Go slowly, taking up to two seconds for each step. Step 3: This counts as one repetition. Try to perform 30 steps per set and three sets.
