The Florida Gators won the NCAA National Championship on Monday night, overcoming a 12-point deficit to beat the Houston Cougars 65-63 in a fierce game the Cougars led almost end-to-end. It's Florida's third national championship, and their first since winning back-to-back NCAA titles in 2006 and 2007. This was Houston's third appearance in the championship game without a victory. The Gators trailed through almost the entire game and didn't take the lead until the final 46 seconds.
