They would coerce young girls, get them addicted to drugs and alcohol, and then pass them around. By the 2020s, hundreds of suspects had been arrested. | Back in the spotlight: Late last year, a Labour government minister blocked a local request for a government-led inquiry into rape gangs, with Safeguarding Minister Jess Phillips saying it should be done on a local level.
