My mom would always make my sisters (five) and I an amazing banana bread. I asked her to share the recipe with me so we could make a banana bread protein bar.
Honestly... I think we got pretty close! Nothing is going to beat warm banana bread with melted butter, but we did make a bar my mom really likes with 15 grams of protein and only 3 grams of added sugar!
