Mustakis's meticulous methods, including early harvests, gentler extraction techniques, cooler fermentations, and extended aging, led to a transformation of Altair into wines that blend sophistication with Chilean authenticity.

Since its founding, the winery has been equipped with state-of-the-art technology, including gravity-fed systems and fermentation and aging vessels made from various materials.
