Lowell responded by claiming Shapley and Ziegler violated grand jury secrecy rules and taxpayer protection laws—what the lawsuit names as an act of “clear malice” that has tarnished the plaintiffs’ reputations. | Polaris Dawn Returns to EarthSpace X’s Polaris Dawn crew returned safely to Earth early Sunday morning, splashing down in Crew Dragon Resilience off the coast of Dry Tortugas, Florida.
