95 Points from Decanter Magazine saying:
"Enticing flowery, herbaceous aromas envelop the plump red and black fruit that penetrate the taut, chalky tannins and moreish acidity. A stunning and memorable blend."

94 Points from Vinous saying:
"The 2019 Mezcla Tinta Transversal is a blend of 30% Cabernet Franc, 30% Malbec and 25% Syrah from Limarí with 15% Cabernet Sauvignon from Maipo. It aged for 20 months in French oak barrels. Purple in hue. The complex aromatic profile features blackberry and fresh plum with hints of ash and sweet spice against a cigar box backdrop. Dry and broad in the mouth. The chalky feel stirs up the finely grained, polished tannins. A long-lasting, flavorful red."

94 Points from James Suckling saying:
"This is rich and delicate at same time, with a deep core of ripe dark fruit, fine herbs, licorice and graphite. Medium- to full-bodied with layers of finely polished, silky tannins and pristine, seamless texture. Elegant, lingering finish. 30% cabernet franc, 30% malbec, 25% syrah and 15% cabernet sauvignon. Vegan."

background:
Viña Tabalí has for years been a pioneer and one of the most iconic wineries in the Limarí Valley. Company president Nicolás Luksic is continuing in the footsteps of his father, Guillermo Luksic, who founded the winery in 2002, in ensuring that the places chosen for each variety have a singularity that is reflected in each wine. Nicolás explains, "what we are seeking is to produce high-quality wines that reveal their origin and transport the person tasting them to the soil and climate of Tabalí's vineyards. That's what my father always wanted to transmit."
